Hahnemühle Photo Rag® Baryta
Hahnemühle ® Baryta is a fine art inkjet paper manufactured on a cylinder mould, made from 100% cotton. It combines the elegance of the Photo Rag base Photo Rag a high-gloss satin baryta coating, inspired by traditional baryta papers used in chemical darkrooms.
Its glossy inkjet coating incorporates a layer of barium sulfate that enhances tonal depth, expands the dynamic range, and produces exceptionally dense blacks. The smooth, slightly satin-finish surface enables extremely detailed reproduction, with high sharpness and excellent tonal separation.
Free of acid and lignin, it complies with the ISO 9706 standard for museum conservation. Its resistance to aging and color stability make it an ideal choice for fine art photography, exhibitions, and limited editions intended for archival use.
